We aim to transform the construction industry from a time-consuming high labour-intensive service into an easy do-it-yourself (DIY) solution.

We do this with our library of modules that can be used by anyone to build any structure in 30 days.

All of our modules come with in-built electrical, mechanical and plumbing lines and are built in our partner manufacturing centers located across India.

As of today, our modules are used to build rapid, affordable, temporary structures and secondary homes.

Our Modules

Foldable modules are volumetric modules that are ready-to-use buildings that are designed with a butterfly folding mechanism to offer flexibility to homeowners, where it is built inside the factory and gets unfolded on the location.

When unfolded, the dimensions of our module is 24ft by 20ft, and it shrinks to 8ft by 20ft. This mechanism greatly increases our logistics efficiency and reduces our onsite work significantly.

Made from PUF sandwich panels and GI steel as structural columns and comes with built-in mechanical, electrical lines and a fully furnished washroom.

Flatpack modules are planar modules that are ready-to-assemble individual units which can be put together to form one large modular building on the location.

They are designed to build infrastructure in inaccessible off-road regions (i.e) hilly or remote areas, in the middle of a farm or top of a hill.
